Today’s cultural relic is a pottery figurine of horsemen. About 22cm-24cm tall a figurine, they are vividly engraved.
Now altogether 29 figurines were unearthed. Twenty-three of them, including the seven in the picture, are of a guard of honor. One of the seven horsemen plays a wind instrument, and the others each carry a wooden slip. The guard of honor was a symbol of official rank at the time. The higher the rank, the more men in the guard of honor.
