The Chinese Anime Movie Deep Sea constructs a brand new underwater world that is different from the previous ones. It tells the story of a girl who pursues and explores in the mysterious underwater world and encounters a unique life journey.
The film attempts to explore a new direction for Chinese animation: Chinese ink painting in three-dimensional form. It took two years to get the first concept "moving" because there was no style to refer to.
