Transformed into a taro ball, I dove into the Fusion Kitchen at the China-ASEAN Youth Culture Week! Stalls served up milk tea, iced jelly, & more, with flavors from both China & ASEAN. Creativity flowed, as participants crafted surprise fusion dishes!
